I. OVERVIEW & SCOPE
KTRUCK DELIVERY & LOGISTICS LTD (“Company”) is committed to fostering a workplace and platform environment that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits discrimination and harassment. II. POLICIES
1. DISCRIMINATION
The Company strictly prohibits discrimination based on:

- Sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or marital status
- Disability, genetic information, veteran or military status
- Domestic violence victim status, political affiliation, or geographic location
- Any other status protected by applicable law
This list is not exhaustive. The Company will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities, in compliance with applicable laws.
Prohibited Discriminatory Conduct:
Discrimination in providing transportation services is strictly prohibited. Drivers and employees must adhere to non-discrimination policies, including:
- Denying service based on protected characteristics or traits
- Refusing to pick up passengers or take them to their desired destination
- Using derogatory or harassing language
- Refusing service in specific geographic areas
Geographic Discrimination:
The Company does not tolerate geographic discrimination. Drivers must take customers to their requested destinations without bias based on location.
2. HARASSMENT
The Company is committed to providing a harassment-free work environment. Harassment includes any unwanted behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or humiliating environment. This applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited and includes:
- Unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors
- Verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature
- Behavior that affects employment conditions or creates a hostile work environment
Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- Sexual jokes, comments, or degrading language
- Displaying sexually suggestive objects or media
- Any form of inappropriate physical contact
4. STATEMENT ON AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
The Company has developed an affirmative action program to increase the representation and participation of minorities and other underrepresented groups in the workplace.
5. REPORTING DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
Employees or contractors who experience or witness discrimination or harassment should immediately report it to:

6. RETALIATION
Retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited. All reports are assumed to be made in good faith. False allegations will be treated as a serious matter.
7. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES FOR HARASSMENT
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, regardless of whether the behavior violates applicable laws.
8. REMEDIES
Remedies for verified discrimination or harassment may include:
- Back pay, hiring, promotion, or reinstatement
- Reasonable accommodations or front pay
- Payment of attorney’s fees, court costs, and other legal expenses
